Recording your presentation
As Digital Concrete 2020 is now an online conference, we ask all the accepted papers to submit a recording of their presentation, which will be presented at the conference with live Q&A. To make the recording process as convenient as possible, there will be three different methods to record your presentation with. A high quality recording is a top priority for the organizing committee, so if you run into problems please don’t hesitate to contact email@example.com for assistance.
While there are different guidelines shown below for how to implement all three methods, there are also general rules that apply to all presentations:
1. The maximum length of a presentation is 12 minutes. A recording that is longer will have to be remade.
2. The audio quality has to be at an acceptable level. Please listen to your own recording to make sure your audio is clear.
3. All recordings will be checked by the organizing committee and, where necessary, edited for a camera ready version.

The deadline for sending in your recorded presentation is 01.06.2020
As the recorded files will be bigger than you are able to attach to an e-mail, please use a file transfer service (i.e WeTransfer) to forward the recordings to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are three different methods to record your presentation with:
3) Recording your audio and webcam feed in a browser using webcamera.io. Instruction on how to do this can be found in a .pdf file (click here), and is illustrated in the video below. Please be aware that when using this method, you are expected to write down timestamps for when you want the slides to be switched. Based on that the organizing committee will synchronize your recording with the slides. If possible please use Method 1 or 2 rather than Method 3.
